Job Summary:

The Department of Gastroenterology at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking an hourly/per diem Clinical Assistant Professor (HS) / On-Call Attending Gastroenterologist. The successful candidate will:

• Provide clinical care of patients in University Hospital of Brooklyn within the Gastroenterology Division.
• Provide supervision of Fellows on consult service.
• Provide evening and weekend on-call coverage at University Hospital of Brooklyn.
• Perform GI endoscopic procedures. 

Required Qualifications:

• New York State Medical Licensure.
• Medical Doctor Degree or equivalent from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Board Certified or eligible in Internal Medicine.
