Job Summary:

The Physical Therapy Program in the School of Health Professions at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking an hourly/part-time Adjunct Instructor. The job duties will include:

• Teach palpation and administer palpation practical exams in the summer semester.
• May be asked to teach in other courses as needed in the fall and spring semesters.

Required Qualifications:

• New York State Physical Therapist Licensure.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree.
• 5 years experience as a clinical physical therapist.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Orthopedic physical therapy clinical experience.
• Teaching experience with physical therapy students.

Work Schedule:

Variable Days; Variable Hours (hourly/part-time)
