Job Summary:

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is seeking a full-time Midwife 1. The successful candidate will:
- Provide services to the obstetrics and gynecology patients at University Hospital of Brooklyn (UHB) on a scheduled bases in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Ambulatory Care Service, Triage Area and in the Labor and Delivery Suite as well as offsite community facilities.
- Work collaboratively with the attending physician in the provision of direct obstetrics and gynecology patient care, which involves the antepartum care, postpartum, gynecological and family services.
